Seamless Beachfront Living
For Project S, we reimagined the traditional layout by placing the master suite on the ground floor, with direct access to the beach. A private resort-style plunge pool and secluded outdoor shower and bathroom flow seamlessly from the indoor bathroom, creating an intimate waterfront retreat.
Elevated Entertaining
We dedicated the second floor to formal entertaining, taking full advantage of its panoramic skyline views. A discreet, carefully planned access route allows guests to enter without passing through the family’s private living areas.
Outdoor Living
The outdoor pool deck connects seamlessly with a series of water features that flow throughout the estate, creating a continuous dialogue with water and enhancing the property’s sense of calm and tranquillity.
Fitness & Zen Garden
We designed the gym with uninterrupted beach views to one side and direct access to an intimate Zen garden on the other. This tranquil outdoor space offers a private setting for relaxation, yoga and meditation, while also serving as an open-air fitness area.
